Bob seems like a real nice guy. I sold and shipped him the cylinders and crank out of my shee today...both 100% stock. My 4 mil cub will be in my hands tomorrow...:)

His handle on these forums is Machwon.

There are some pretty good builders here in MI, I'll be interested to see how his work turns out!!

heres a ridiculous quote from rb racing i see in there site (not your same guy i see though )

Port widths and heights are maximized for peak power performance. Most cylinders will have additional intake ports, and/or boost ports added. Single cylinder 250R's will produce mid 60's HP while Banshee's will yield high 80's. Quads will require good pipe, head work, timing advance.

pretty tall claims <_<

am i the only one that cought the first post.. 175 to port BOTH of your cylinders...lol

i didnt know anyone only ported one cylinder for banshee's.. :P

the intake looks pretty big, it being that large your going to lose velicity going into the motor as well as the transfers looks like the roof angles havent been really touched (just from the pics they may have been though). and from what it looks like in the pics the exhaust port seems to be lowered on the corners (dunno if thats correct seeings how its not the sleeve side showing, or right side up).

when you strap the jugs on roll it over and check to make sure the exhaust port isnt lower than the piston..

also from your pics you cant tell make sure the ports are chamfered so you dont snag a piston..

All the transfer port angles have been changed, and all the ports are chamfered. He claims theyll scream, ill find out in a couple weeks!

well lowrider if you look at porting prices, they are for ONE CYLINDER, therefore you have to double the price of the job. I just figured i'd bring a great deal to your attention, sorry

well, it is 175 for both cylinders......

tipically when you see a price for porting from companies i.e. 600 its usually assumed that your going to get both cylinders ported.. since the banshee motors are assumed it has 2 cylinders on it the price is listed for both..

it just sounded funny that it would have to be stated that the portwork was for both cylinders, since ive never seen the prices listed for separate..

wasnt trying to step on your toes or anything, just came across funny to me..

The price is 175 for aggressive port which you see on this thread, for both cylinders...

In other words, its a hell of a deal!!
