have ya checked your oil level first to see if it is motor oil?? ya sure they don't just need a re-pack?? how long have the scilencers been on it?? the packing might be so saturated that your just blowing out the wet stuff that has collected when you romp on the throttle. I'd check that first. I've seen some nasty packing in the past.

this has nothing to do with your tranny oil. so might as well eliminate that right now. if you have a bunch of oil blowing out the exhaust your fuel/oil mixture could be too rich. what are you mixing it at?? what kind of oil? also, what do your plugs look like? are they black and wet? if so your jetting may be way too rich causing an excess of oil inthe cylinders. as for seals, this has nothing to do with a seal so eliminate that right now as well...
