What do u guy's like for old truck's

I'm a big fan of 67-72 chevy trucks. I have a 72 C-10 long box that I am in the middle of doing frame off restoration. It's costing me alot of time and money but it will be worth it in the end.

nice ,my son bkabina has an 84 short bed that he plans on redoing.its a 250 six cylinder now.he also has an 86 4x4 chev lifted is an awsome truck for digging in the mud . i have an 82 chev 4x4 with a 390 hp 455 olds motor in it.

I've always liked the early trucks, parts are plenteful and CHEAP!, and so damn easy to work on! the 68-72's are very smooth and clean for their year, but the 73-87's have lots of interchange ability!.

I personally have a truck I've been working on. It's a 76 GMC 1/2 ton, short box, fleetside, with a 350 chev with a feul injected tunnel ram, 5 speed, 9" ford rear,4 wheel disc, swaybars, lowered 9" & 12" (spindles, springs, dearch, shackles, & 3 1/2" body channel), '86 front clip with a phantom billet grill, all rolling on a set of 17" boyds wheels.

My daily driver is a 91 GMC Sierra ST with the factory 305 V8 auto drive train with custom body/ piant, lowered, 17" Boyds and a kicken stereo, and I love it since its the last of those trucks before the started going electronic everything, parts are still cheap and easy to fix and maintain.

Nice. There are alot of nice older truck's. I did have a chance to buy like a 80's chevy c-10 all done up painted the hole 9 yard's for 3500. But i bought the banshee. But ill be happy with it once she get's fixed.

iv'e got an 81 chevy shortbed black phantom grille sitting on 17's....i'll post up some pics. hopefully tomm. i don't use it much. i was debating wether or not to let it go.....it just sits in my driveway so i get plenty of offers...

I have a 1977 Chevy Silverado I am going to fix up. 70-78 are my favorite styles. After I am done I hope to run in the 12s in the quater mile.

ya that is like my bros truck. i might get it when i get out of high school. one year left . my broother is abn 83 and is a short box and stepside. really nice condition. aluminum heads, tunnel ram, cam, headers. nice. no rust or dents . everything works. man all he needs is to drop it and put on his 20.
