I'm sure they'd eventually get a little scuffed , nothing some black touch up paint couldn't cure though !! Quote
Shee-Male Posted February 9, 2006 Report Posted February 9, 2006 I think the c series come powdercoated, and that shit is tough, I wouldn't worry about chips. Quote
thegroup Posted February 9, 2006 Report Posted February 9, 2006 i myself have been thinking of getting the black rims. i think they'ed look bad ass Quote
ellison445 Posted February 9, 2006 Report Posted February 9, 2006 What about Douglas Quadroks???? Quote
Banshee17Racing Posted February 9, 2006 Report Posted February 9, 2006 I've never had a problem with my black rims chipping . I would say it depends on the color of the rest of your quad. But black usually looks good on anything. It would be a hellovalot easier to clean. Ellison, did I miss the thread with pics of your rebuilt 'shee?!? Or have you not finished, yet? Quote
ellison445 Posted February 9, 2006 Report Posted February 9, 2006 Yeap....... I sent you a pm Ellison, did I miss the thread with pics of your rebuilt 'shee?!? Or have you not finished, yet? 471171 Quote
thegroup Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 i like ITP C-series the best sold these rims off my warrior to my buddy a few months back to put on his 'shee Quote
hittintrees srh Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 are'nt those itp c-series heavy as hell? Quote
banshee tuner Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 Make sure they are powder coated and you wont have to worry about the chipping. Stay away from painted rims. Quote
thegroup Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 are'nt those itp c-series heavy as hell? 471848 kindof, about a few lbs under stock wheel weigh. i wasnt really worried about weigh, just style Quote

I like black rims they look good, and no polishing Edited February 25, 2006 by Justintoxicated Quote
