Looking to shred the dunes and always look forward to riding with locals who know the dunes well. We will have a few Banshees with 5.5 gallon tanks for long rips. Wallrat Posted February 2, 2006 Report Posted February 2, 2006 There's a good chance that I'll be there the 10th, 11th and 12th. Probably get there sometime mid-afternoonish. I camp off in the sand straight out from the Gecko Rd. Ranger Station. Grey Nissan Titan pulling a 14 ft white enclosed trailer. Dunno who else will be there with me yet. Quote

knight_ripper Posted February 8, 2006 Report Posted February 8, 2006 Man...I sooo wanna get out there. Im here in SacTown. up in NorCal. Only bout 12 hours away. My buddies and I usually hit Oregon, but this year were makin the trip to Glamis. Im riding Stonyford this weekend. Black Diamond hill climbs. 1 trail is called tractor hill...its 20-30 ft step-ups for 7 1/2 miles. 1 loop is like racin MX. U get to the top and every muscle on ya is burnin like a motha. We are probably gonna hit Glamis for Turkey Day. I hear its the best time to be there. Everyone and thier mother is there, I hear. Should be a great time. Quote
