Looks like this guy might have got a couople of us on some billet gas caps he had for sale. I paypaled him $30 and he said he was going to send it last monday (Dec. 19) still no cap and no answers to pm's or emails.

Oh ya i am trying but he said he was sending it out on Dec. 19th and no answers to emails or pm's makes it kinda fishy. Plus another guy on here contacting me about the same problem. Not looking good

I got a pm from him the other day saying that he was sorry for not shipping the gas caps yet. He said he had left to go to california until after the first of the year. And would ship it when he got back. Still sounds kind of strange to me but what can you do? I'll just wait and see next week.

just remember that paypal has a 45 day claim time frame, so don't let this guy string you out passed that or you won't get your money back.

thats right 45 days. I recieved the same email. It is that season so benefit of the doubt is there for another week or two tops.

Paypal does have the 45 day limit. I had to file a claim against STAPLE. They sided with me on the investigation, and were unable to contact him. If he ever gets the funds in his account, Paypal will seize the money and give it back to me, according to their findings. I'm not holding my breath though. I gave him about 40 days, before I filed.

im not trying to scam anyone i just got back from cali. i would ship them out today but there is no mail service so they will go out first thing tomarrow. sorry for the delay

sounds good. I figured holidays might have something to do with it. So i was trying to be patient. (not one of my strong suites) I tell my wife that patience is a waste of my time.
