He said he had left to go to california until after the first of the year. And would ship it when he got back. Still sounds kind of strange to me but what can you do? They sided with me on the investigation, and were unable to contact him. If he ever gets the funds in his account, Paypal will seize the money and give it back to me, according to their findings. I'm not holding my breath though. I gave him about 40 days, before I filed. Quote
