If you are running larger carbs the spacers will help the carbs clear the clutch arm. If you are using stock carbs or a size very similiar spacers make a good paper weight. Either way they are one big pain in the butt if you plan on running the airbox and I would not recommend them

Putting the reed spacer between the reeds and the cylinder moves the powerband slightly toward more lowend. Putting the spacer between the intake manifold and the reeds moves it slightly toward the topend. They do make some differance. It just happens to be more noticeable on a single cylinders two stroke. They also allow you clearance for bigger carbs.

Does anyone use one of these?  What are the benifits?  Does it rob top end power?  Should I throw it in the trash?  Thanks.
