Quick fix for leaky head stud

I finally got my banshee back together and started breaking it in and i noticed the front 2 studs are leaking coolant.I'm looking for a quick fix that will last a day or so,after that,i can fix it right.

PM ellison445, me had the same problem and found a quick fix.

I would try putting some copper washers under the nut. I did, along with acorn nuts and haven't had any more problems leaking since.

Recheck the torque first. If it's okay then you can silicone/rtv/yamabond the washer and the down in the hole. I believe you can buy rubber coated washers too.

Rubber coated washers.

Tis the way I'd go. or even a very thin oring.

rtv sillycone, or "Ultra Copper" exhaust silicone maybe.

What kinda head is it?I have had my head leak a little like that when I first put it together.I have a Pro Design head and every time I use new O-rings it takes a few heat cycles before it stops leaking.

wheres it leaking from? right on top of cylinders or up where the nut is?
