decon Posted April 13, 2005 Report Posted April 13, 2005 (edited) depends on where you ride really. affordable pipes that perform good I would have to say are fattys. Edited April 13, 2005 by dEcon Quote
broke Posted April 13, 2005 Report Posted April 13, 2005 That's like saying what shoes are the best, or what tires are best for your car. Too many variables, let's have some more info on you, your bike, where you ride and how you would "like" the motor to perform. Quote
mattd283 Posted April 13, 2005 Report Posted April 13, 2005 I love my pro circuits. Good low and mid range and good sound. A little loud, but good sound. I have only ridden other banshees with fatties & T6's and I like my PC's the best. Could just be the way my banshee is set up though. Just my 2 cents. Quote
minnshee01 Posted April 13, 2005 Report Posted April 13, 2005 bill's pipes 354276[/snapback] It does all depend on your riding style. I have Bills pipes and LOVE them. They made a huge difference and they have a very unique sound to them. Everyone that hears them say's they are awesome. I ride everything from woods and trails to some mx. Not a bad price either. about 500 Quote
Justintoxicated Posted April 13, 2005 Report Posted April 13, 2005 for sand and dunes Fatty's or T5's SST's and T6's are better on a stock bike but not by much, and Fattys and T5's make more power once you get some porting and do some other mods. There is not Best affordable pipe, but I hear Bills are not very good (no offense) I'd say if you want mostly topend get T5's if you want more broader power and still gobs of top go with Fattys. From Dynos Fattys make a couple more power everywhere but top than T5's and T5's make about 1-2 more HP on top than Fattys. If you want lowend get a different quad Quote
kenr74 Posted April 13, 2005 Report Posted April 13, 2005 Love my Fatty's. You can pick up a used set for almost nothing. Quote

PUSH THE THROTTLE Posted April 13, 2005 Report Posted April 13, 2005 After reading these kinds of posts for a long time I've come to the conclusion that as long as you get shiney pipes most people will be happy. Not trying to be a dick here but as long as you get something that you like the looks of you'll be happy. Quote
