What pistons are you using ? Did you get the pistons with the cylinders or going to use your old ones? Quote
Wassup350 Posted March 15, 2005 Report Posted March 15, 2005 (edited) If you have ported cylinders you could benefit from larger carburetors. I would just have the stock ones bored out since it would be cheaper. Also get a good set of pipes to let the engine breath if you dont all ready have good pipes. Since they are bored over quite a bit you will probably have to have to have them resleeved next time you need the engine rebuilt. So in that case just get a big bore kit while your at it. SuperChris Posted March 15, 2005 Report Posted March 15, 2005 I'm running .1 over right now with no problems whatsoever. I did have to recut my domes. Quote
PUSH THE THROTTLE Posted March 15, 2005 Report Posted March 15, 2005 The cubs are going to be very cool, I plan on selling them as well. But one thing you guys should be aware of is that these cylinders are rated at 200BMEP(drag race motor). This type of power will be for pretty much just that. You are not going to be able to hook this thing up for MX, TT etc. Guess I misunderstood Jim then. Quote
