RBD
I'd go with the adjustable timing plate if I were you, and yes it will make a difference.
banshdog
I would recommend +4. If you wanna spend a lil extra $$, get the adjustable plate. I put in the key last season and had no problems.

Duninshee
No Its not hard to install and its every bit as worth it. If you get the plate you can change your timming to fit the mods on the bike. I put my plate on in about 20 min but I had all air tools in the shop. Shouldn't take you more than 40min start to finish.
2004LEBanshee
Mod the stock plate
sredish
Mod the stock plate 327957 Mod the stock plate is right, and mod it to +8 so you have plenty of adjustability. Honestly, in my machine, I ran +7 and it was wicked. If your going to advance the timing, make it worth it and go to at least +6. Search for timing plate mod and you'll find what you need. i12gofast
Where would i send the flywheel to get lightened? How much $$? How much time?
Nightrider
The degree key will only be good as reliable as the person who installs it.Period I did my +4 when I upped my comp to 150,it was hard to tell how much more it did than the compression, but it felt like going from a stock bike to a piped one again.Huge seat of the pants with both
2004LEBanshee
Where would i send the flywheel to get lightened? How much $$? How much time? 328199 Boonman around 50-60. And I believe banshee works or something like that does it. You'll have to do a search because my mind is going.
