I"m a little frustrated and pissed off I ordered a new 420 kit on dec 27 and was told I would have it by the 31, well guess what no parts. I called them and they told me that since it went ground it could be 3-5 days, but when I talked to them the first time I asked if if would get to me by fri they said yeah I said if not lets go with 2nd day air he said it will make by fri don't worry. well I got some parts on the following wensday but not all of them ( missing o rings domes) called them back told themabout the missing parts he said I will look in to it and get back to you. I waited about 2 hours and called back he said he would next day them so I did"nt have to miss riding this weekend. Well guess what no parts again, so I called back again he said you got to be kidding me I said nope when I asked about a tracking # he said they do not give a tracking # untill the pack. is missing for about 24 hours BS. But he said he would send another set out right now next day but they were not the size we talked about but hey if it gets me riding I didnt care.

Well it is fri. again and no parts called and asked for a tracking # they gave me one so looked it up and it said on time del. date 1/12 WHAT THE FUCK!!

So i call back and he says let me find out what I can do and I"ll you back in a few min. well it has been about an hour. Durring all of my call to them i"v been on hold fo prob. more than an hour. has anyone else had this kind of prob. with them??

I don't care what anyone tells you, NO COMPANY is so busy that you have to be on the phone for an hour on hold. IF they are in fact that busy, they have enough work to hire someone else to answer the phones.

 

Everytime you get put on hold for more than a minute (most office phones have a ring back that re rings the front office so they can tell you to either hold on, or call back) hang up and call back until they get the point.

ive ordered shit though trinity plenty of times and had no problems..sorry to hear about that though..that happened with my snowboard i just bought..didnt come untill the day after i was supposed to go..they told me it would be there a week before..shit like that pisses me off too

Thats a damn shame. Trinity is trying to fix these CS problems but it looks like its slow going.

Yeah PM rocketpig he should be able to help alleviate the problem. That whole 1/12 thing is crazy you sure some moron in the shipping department isn't fucking up.

If he's trying to figure out the problem I can understnd being on hold for an extended period of time. He has to call other people and is himself probably getting put on hold.

We're really trying to cut down on situations like the one you just experienced but I need to know who was the guilty party responsible for delaying your order. :angry:

From the ratio of bad feedback compared to the good regarding Trinity, I can safely say that I won't be buying anything directly from them...really sorry to hear about your bad experience, I know you dropped a chunk of cash on the deal.
