I figured it out finally thanks for everybodys help all it was is the gas cap vent

with a single 35 pwk 235 main eek needle at the 3 rd clip with a 52 pilot its about 30 degrees out here

thanks guys i'll check that someone told me it might be lean in the mid range what do you think the chance of that is?

went riding last night shee died like i ran out of gas. i checked the tank and it was over half full, checked the vent on the cap and it was good. we were riding in 6 gear just crusing about mid range under the power band and it died twice same thing acted like it was out of gas let it set for 1 minute and she fired up and ran great don't know why it would do this any help would be great thanks

heres somthing to think about try moving your hand through 85 w then try type F you get a hole lot less resitence / now think about that clutch basket and gears going through it less resitence =more power /faster revs

34 pj's will wosk fine a friend of mine had the kit years before me he has a 34 pj I have a 35 pwk we have the same work done and run the same same jetting so I don't see the diff. hope this helps

I"m a little frustrated and pissed off I ordered a new 420 kit on dec 27 and was told I would have it by the 31, well guess what no parts. I called them and they told me that since it went ground it could be 3-5 days, but when I talked to them the first time I asked if if would get to me by fri they said yeah I said if not lets go with 2nd day air he said it will make by fri don't worry. well I got some parts on the following wensday but not all of them ( missing o rings domes) called them back told themabout the missing parts he said I will look in to it and get back to you. I waited about 2 hours and called back he said he would next day them so I did"nt have to miss riding this weekend. Well guess what no parts again, so I called back again he said you got to be kidding me I said nope when I asked about a tracking # he said they do not give a tracking # untill the pack. is missing for about 24 hours BS. But he said he would send another set out right now next day but they were not the size we talked about but hey if it gets me riding I didnt care. Well it is fri. again and no parts called and asked for a tracking # they gave me one so looked it up and it said on time del. date 1/12 WHAT THE FUCK!! So i call back and he says let me find out what I can do and I"ll you back in a few min. well it has been about an hour. Durring all of my call to them i"v been on hold fo prob. more than an hour. has anyone else had this kind of prob. with them?? signed pissed and frustrated

me and a bunch of freinds will be at the bad lands this sat just worndan if any one else might be there?

don"t mean to steal your thread but I wan"t to go and need tires help any for sale?

a buddy of mine keeps having a prob with his clutch slipping in the big end it comes out of the hole with no slippage but when he gets in to 3-4 gear it starts to slip when drag racing i'v rode it before and it feels like your sloly letting the clutch out he has a barnett with all barnett springs any help would be great sorry guys wrong forum

just figure I"d pick everones brain on the best oil to run (2 stoke) just got a fresh rebuild and want to run good oil instead of speedway oil any suggestions

witch is the best pipe for the money for a drag port 420 any help would be great
