boonman Posted January 4, 2005 Report Posted January 4, 2005 Boonman will get back to you give him time. 301908 LOL!! SOmetimes, I can't get to my email untill the evening. If I'm really busy at work, I can't get on and check it. I got back to ya Super 03. Return PM sent. Quote
superbanshee03 Posted January 5, 2005 Author Report Posted January 5, 2005 Thanks, I sent you a PM Quote
sandornothing Posted January 6, 2005 Report Posted January 6, 2005 Do it, and do a ricky stator plate at the same time. That extra 35.00 bones it costs to bump timing really compliments that booned flywheel. Quote
humilde12a Posted January 6, 2005 Report Posted January 6, 2005 would'nt a lightend flywheel hurt if its a heavy rider say 250 and racing in sand? Quote
Big Blue Posted January 6, 2005 Report Posted January 6, 2005 On a single cylinder maybe, i doubt it would make much difference on a banshee Quote
jinx44 Posted January 7, 2005 Report Posted January 7, 2005 Banshee Worx has done 2 flywheels for me with quick turn around and they look awesome. His login is "bdbanshee". His new email is . I have never seen boonman's mods, they could be equally impressive. Quote
superbanshee03 Posted January 7, 2005 Author Report Posted January 7, 2005 Thanks guys, I got in touch with boonman and he said he could do it. Quote
boonman Posted January 7, 2005 Report Posted January 7, 2005 On the weight question, I am 230 lbs., 6'1", and I LOVE my lightened flywheel. The difference is truly amazing in throttle response. In sand, dirt, pavement, any condition, it will help you, and make your bike easier to ride. BdBanshee turns EXCELLENT flywheels. His products are top notch. Mine are as well. With a flywheel lightening from either BD or myself, you will be very happy. Quote
SAMUNOWAY Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 I would like to know how much also Boonman. My flywheel is from Ricky Stator and they claim it has bigger or stroger magnets for better lighting. Does that matter? Quote

My flywheel is from Ricky Stator and they claim it has bigger or stroger magnets for better lighting. Does that matter? 303573 The Ricky Stator flywheels are made to different specs, I do not have the specs to machine Ricky Stator flywheels, but I think Boon does. Quote
RNBRAD Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 The Ricky Stator flywheels are made to different specs, I do not have the specs to machine Ricky Stator flywheels, but I think Boon does. 303582 I was told by White Knuckle Racing, that lightened mine, that there is no difference compared to lightening the stock unit or the RS. That is the only reason you didn't get my flywheel Ron . Though they did tell me this and how true it is I don't know. They did an excelletn job. Though I would always send my stuff to you or boon first. Didn't know about boon at the time. Quote
