  1. The clutch was in good shape when I pulled it out. I swapped it out w/ an FZR street bike clutch at the same time I did the porting.......so it wasnt beat on by my bike w/ the higher HP (porting). To be honest, if all you are interested in is the springs I wouldnt feel right selling them to you. You can buy brand new HD springs from RMATV for $5.99 I think. But it is your call, this is a good clutch assembly if yours is shot.

  9. If you have stock port castings youre going to most likely be 50 pilot, DEK needle in the middle, and 190 main. I run a 200 main with my dune port and I am a little fat at wide open. Im getting rid of my 2 into 1 setup because I dont think its right for my porting. PM me if one of your glamis riding buddies is interested.

  13. I see in your sig you have a 38mm. What is the difference over the 35mm? I thought about going that route but im still trying a few things with this 35mm that came with the kit. Does that 38 fit in the intake boot from the 35? Im not looking to sell it, but i'll let you know if i change my mind.

  15. My riding buddy has a piped & filtered YFZ. I used to pull him pretty bad with stock carbs. Ive just recently switched to Trinitys CV single 35mm kit and now he's walking on me in 5th gear at the sand drags. That 15% topend power gain over stock trinity claims is crap, but the 20% gain in the bottom and mid is no joke. Like Ken said, a single 35mm makes for a great play setup, but youre gonna be in the back when drag racing anything longer than a 100 yards.
  16. This may not be the answer you are looking for, but I ride with a whole pack of banshees.Some make funny noises and some dont. Mine has had a clunking noise (at idle) since i brought it home.
  17. I was going to start fat on the mains (220) and also try a 52 pilot, with the DEK in the middle. This is what I set it up with last night when installing it, and it starts up and idles killer.....of course that doesnt mean shat. So you think a 220 main is too fat? and 52 pilot is too small? How about in the middle of the DEK? airscrew? Sorry about all the Q's, I guess I had a misconception of how this carb runs.

  19. I searched but the recommendations were all over the place. Ive actually been following these 2 into 1 carb threads for some time now so ive got the basic concept. I finally went with one and im going jetting this weekend. Im taking a 50, 52, and 62 pilot, DEK needle, and 190, 200, 210, 215, 220, and 225 main. Trinity is telling me to run: 50 pilot DEK in the middle 200 main The guy I got it from told me to run: 62 pilot DEK 4th clip down from the top 225 main With what is in my sig, what do you think? Thanks in advance.

  22. Just did my neighbors 05. We ditched the AB lid and went 300 mains, moved the needle clip down one(fourth down from blunt end) left the stock pilots, and turned the air screw out 1.5 turns. Runs pretty damn good for being otherwise stock. Try this and I bet you'll get better results.

  24. Yeah, i dont know what the deal is with glamis bikes and jetting, I guess it is like everything else in glamis...."go big or go home". I ran 330's before the porting and it was at the top of its game. If I ran the 280's FMF recommended i wouldve welded the pistons to the cylinders in i ride i bet.
