Man I used to live around your neck of the woods. Near Swindon at RAF Fairford. Then I lived near Cambridge for about 3 years! Anyway i always wanted a 400cc crotch rocket over there, just because they were bad ass lookin bikes. Just like miniatures of the 600 and 750s! looked at a CBR400 and a ZX4R. Ducs are alot cheaper over there for you, i should have bought a 916 while i was over there! stupid me!

combat.... RAF Fairford is only about 10 mins down the road from me, we go and watch the big air displays they have there each year. the little 400's do look good but when your comparing things to say the new cbr 600rr how can anything compare?? bikes now do look better than sex mate

recently sold my 04 ZX-10R, last summer had an 03 R1, before that had a R6 till it got stolen. I had to get off a bike before I killed myself. Once I started doing stand up wheelies, I couldn't stop...........on the way to the shop to sell it.............143 on the rear in 3rd gear, :shootself:

yeah my GSX-R 750 will get close to 130 mph in 2nd gear, and all you have to do is open it up and it will stand up, no clutch at all, all the way to 4th gear. that thing has got torque... mad, shit-your-pants torque. i love it.

HELL IT WOULD DO 94mph IN 1st GEAR, and i still wasn't red lined yet. DAMN I MISS THAT BIKE, but i'm better off without it.

i recently bought a 04 fz6.

How do you like it? I'm looking into one myself...I may just wind up getting me an XR400 dualsport, just because I've always said I would own one. :P But tell me what ya think of the fz6.

So far it has been a great bike i love to ride it, good power and i like the seating position on it, alot more comfortable than a r6.
