Buy a Ducati, ride it in rush hour traffic for one day, and you'll have no more complaints about your clutch being stiff....... :D

Yeah i'm no help......

Invest some money into a Magura Hydraulic Clutch. They're pricey, but you'll never regret it. And you have no worries about any type of cable getting bound or full of dirt(no adjusting either). I've seen them on ebay every now and then. You just have to be careful of melting the hose, but you can also spend a little more money and get a stainless steel hose. I went through two aftermarket perches before I saw these.

Clutch cables seem to stiffen up fairly quickly. Lubing may work for a few weeks but that is about it. For $10. it is easier to buy a new one every year.

ya, i have an 87 that got something in the clutch cable... I would pull it and it would just stay open.. thats no good when your trying to ride <_<

I keep a cable in my toolbox now, just in case.
