blackred03 Posted February 7, 2004 Report Posted February 7, 2004 I smoked my stock crap rubber and im looking for a good all around tire. Ive heard good things about the razar and wanted to know if anyone has them on their sheee. I ride lots of trails and some mx style, there is lots of sand in NY and im undecided Quote
scotts96fast Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 I have them on my machine and like them better than the shredders...Nice hook up....first time out in the sand i almost smoked a tree i didn't think they would hook that well in sand.... Quote

blackred03 Posted February 8, 2004 Author Report Posted February 8, 2004 mud sharks! no mud on my banshee Quote
Wassup350 Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 I personally would go with holeshots i think they are just as good as the razors and are cheaper. Quote
bri98 Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 I have had HOLESHOT XC and the new XCR and the Razers. The Holeshot XCR tires that I have now are great just about everywhere. The Raxors have good striaght line hook up but I don't think they corner nearly as good and I got Alot more flats with the Razors. Also when you do get a flat the Holeshots have a stiffer side wall so you do not have to ride back to the truck on the rim like I had to with the Razors. my .02 Quote
sweetshee4312 Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 ny has snow mud sharks well dig in in snow, sand, dirt, MUD, ANYTHING Quote
frocashmoney24 Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 i have some holeshot xct's for sale if interested, there almost brand new and they do hook up in everything Quote
Banchetta Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 Razors, shredders, holeshots, turfs are all great all around tires....I love the razors the best and just bought shredders, so far they are a pretty great tire and I think they hook up just as good as razors if not better, but its hard to tell when you go from a half bald razor to the new shredder.......the hook up is a lot better, but they are new....I can't relate to the wear, but both seem great.. Fever Posted February 9, 2004 Report Posted February 9, 2004 I had trouble with Holeshot's going flat.. Love the Razr's on mine...riding dirt, ditches, gravel, trails, etc. Quote
