Everyone on this site that i know of (including myself) that has them loves. True, you can port the hell out of stock cylinders and get more power, but it won't be anywhere as near as rideable as the cheetahs.

could i use my cool head or would i need the trinity head

im not gonna purchase anything jsut yet, i dont want to split my cases to put in a stroker crank so i would likely only go wiht the 400 monoblock so i can u se my stock crank and case

 

please give me your opinions

no i havent looked into t-rex cylinders, i heard they were only good for drag racing... would they be more worth my while???

 

hey shane, i dont know if im racing or not, im interested in upping the power with some t-rex or cheetahs but that wont be until i have the $$$$ for it. All thats left that has to be done to mine now is just a few minor things and rejet for the spring and ill be rippin with ya at the pits !!!!

is there any specific differences in cheetah's and t-trex's that would affect my choice?? is one designed mainly for dragging? etc or vice versa?

is quality an issue with any of them>>

hey matt...thats sounds good...i got mine in a million pieces right now..race flat track no matter what....but its a long ways a way so time will tell..oh well keep in touch

The Cheetah is the Trinity variant, has power valves that give you a more ridable powerband. It changes port timong in the lower and midrange then opens up as you hit the top end. The t-rex has no power valve. If you're draggin or hill shootin, you won't need no steenking power valves.
