Hi guys:

I think the pair on my 2003 'Shee are very bright. They are more than adequate for all my night riding activities. I do not recall models from the 80s and early 90s being as bright.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Bill

My friend has an 04 Shee, his lights are a lot brighter and they are a little smaller. From what i know the new ones are halogens and the older ones aren't.

I have a 1995 and a 2003 banshee. On the 95' the lights had a totaly smooth headlamp (the cone shaped part) and the lens had specific grooves in it that helped to determin the shape. On the 2003 the lense was clear but the headlamp cone part was grooved like the new car lights, also known a clear diamond cut lights. Do yours look clear and crystaly or do thay look like a round white reflector?
