FIrst of all I have known the kid for about a yeah. I never said he never told me where the bikes came from. His grand parents are very wealty and let him barrow 5k for a care. He told me that they gave him the money for the banshee. He had it for about 3 months, no clue that it could have been a stolen bike because I have known him for about a year and he took the bike everywhere. I bought it from him and had it for about 2 weeks and he supposably bought a worrier. Drove the shit out of it. After giving him money for the banshee why would I have any questions on were he got the worrier??? Anyway sandstar I dont have to explain the situation. Do a search and read it, I said it all before.

Yeah it was a turn key deal just like Dueces. Everything is the exact same other than I am running rocket pipes and 20cc domes Oh and I am not trying to say Jims engine is junk either. I am saying that I am to stupid to fine tune it and there is no one close to me that can do it. All I have are dealer ships and I wont take it to a dealer. No I never have gotten it to run right. If it is running right then it doesnt run like everyone elses does because I dont have the power it should. I feel like its running 50-60 hp NOT 80 somthing. I am SO PISSED at this thing I feel like selling it. I think Jeffros isnt running right either. I am about ready to just throw my damn hands up sell it and buy me a fucking Grizzly or something. Or sell the engine and buy me a Trinity engine.

I went up on the main jets one size and it ran a little better on mid and top end. I wasnt able to screw with it much because I am out of oil and fuel. I plan on working with it threw the week. Sorry I havn;t been on much, I just dont have as much time on my hands like I use to. Lots of god damn grass to cut. and the house is over twice as big as the otherone so it takes longer to clean. Fist of all this kid worked for my for about 6 months, seemed very trust worthy. Hell I trusted him with my truck and all my tools, trysted him with my house when I went out of time. Fucking me over was that last think I thought of. So I didn't just put a total strangers bike in my shop. Like they say you closes friends and family will f*ck you before a complete stranger. Oh and in the state of Kansas 99.9% of quads do not have titles because they are not requierd. That is where the bike that I bought came from.

No its not the bike that jim ported,its a total diffrent one. Most of you guys reading what I said wrong. They are not trying to get my to buy the bike, I can care less about the bike. They want me to pay for the engine that someone else blew up and then ditched the bike on me. I would go get another atterny but I dont have the time now. Its been going on now for about 5 months and we are at the end of the road. No more time. I just found out about all this restitution and shit yesterday. I already paid my atterny 3k to take care of this and he said that its no biggy that it will be taken care of and not to worry. He has told me this about 3 times in the past 5 monthat and now he is telling me to pay and the charges will be droped or I will face up to one year behind bars and 5 years probation. In the state of Missouri recieving stolen peoperty is and automatic felony whether its 100 bucks or 10,000 bucks. So if I dont pay I am also looking at two felony charges on my account also. All because I bought one fucking quad that I had no idea was stolen and trusted the kid that worked for me to leve his worrier at my shop. I have 3 weeks to come up with the money or I am gone for awhile!! Man I am so stressed out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Were do I start. Last november I bought a banshee from a kid that worked for my a kid that I trusted. Month goes buy and he blew up his worrier and put that in my storage building. About 2 or 3 days after that a cop comes up to me telling me that my ATV is stolen I told him where I got it and how much I gave for it and that I had a bill of sale. The kid that worked for my stoled 3 atvs and the cops have one and he said that I had the other two. to make a long story short I am getting charged with 2 count of recieving stolen property. I get an attourny and he talks to the prosicuter and because the kid that worked for my was only 16 they will put all the charges on me. The prosicuter told my attourny that they will drop one of the chargeds if I can pay restitution up front. I thought that the restitution can't be much so I say ok. About 4 months of talking to the prosicuter goes by and they now say that they will other drop all the charges IF I PAY all the restitution up from or the will charge me with both counts of recieving stolen property. I said that I would pay the restitution , thinking that it can't be much. The kid that worked for me blew the motor in the worrier so thats the restitution buy a new engine for a worrier that I didn't have. I requestion a detailed list of all the parts that are messed up on the quad. They want 2430 bucks to rebuild the engine. WTF!!!!!!!!!! So the bottom line is that I have to come up with 2450 in 3 weeks and pay my atterny another 1000 so that 3450 or I lose everything I have and get locked up for a minumum of 1 year and still have to pay the restitution when I get out. SO I dont know what to do other that sell my quad or my trailer or start a Please Save Rick foundation. I am so stressed out I just want to shot my self!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I got my Rocket pipes today. They are very big haha but I can't turn my gas on and off when the bike is wormed up. I dont like that, I want to be able to turn my gas off when I get done riding. I it out for a spin and my FMFs would pull the front up off the ground in third gear about a foot or so. Now with the Rockets I can only pull the front end up about a foot in first gear, I have no low end and very little mid and ok top. I am not saying its the pipes I think its just the jetting. I am not fucking with it for a week or two because I moved into my new house and have a shit load of stuff to do. Anyway, I am lost and dont know what to do as far as the jetting but I will tinker with in a little here and a little there.

I have talked to Jim alot and he doesnt seem to know, He can only tell me what other people tell him that works. He told me that my exhaust would work. So I dont know.

Well guys I am going to get rid of my shee I think. I have spent a shit load of money and I am not really happy with the performace. I have tried everything and mine doesnt run like everone elses 12 port does. Something isnt right and I am burned out and tired of fucking with it. I just want to blow it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND its on like 65 acers that we can ride our quads on anytime we want without the coppers getting called on us!!!!!!!!! Man this is great!!!!!!!!!!!!
