I have a durablue 2+2 axle with the posi lock nut. It still come loose with locktite on the treads and I have the allen head screw tight on it. Any tricks to keep it from backing off.

Do you use socket type allen wrenches or just the angle ones? I can get way more torque with the socket ones.

ofcourse you can but those bolts will snap off with more than 60lbs of torque.

MABEY GET THE DREMEL OUT AND MAKE THE GAP BIGGER LIKE REBEL SAID THEN GETTING A STRONGER BOLT AND USE THE SOCKET TYPE WRENCH WITH LOCKTITE ON IT SHOULD DO SOMETHING TO HOLD IT.

i say get rid of the piece of shit. i had one of those and it was the worst set up for an axle. that stupid snap ring in there is a pain to get out and it doesnt stay tight. those things are junk in my opinion.
