I rode a banshee for 16 years with a twist throttle. No need to try and tell me differently. I also have owned street bikes so telling me how a motorcycle works also doesn't matter to me.

Did i said that was not possible???

I'm simplly telling you WHY every quad and snowmobile designer put thumb throttle instead of twist throttle.

What you did is not relevant at all.

I stand by the death trap comment.


Hit a section of whoops on a atv with a twist throttle and be ready to hang on or go flying.

Yup, look at this video as an example:


Almost all fails came from people "hanging" on the twist throttle.

Way less prone to happen with thumb throttle.
