banshee won't start after rebuild of top end and bottom

So i have a 1996 banshee that i just rebuild and it won't turn on. After a top end and bottom end rebuild. Can anyone help me with this problem

Got Air,Fuel, spark( timed), leak down tested?

well it does not give spark when we try to kick it

unplug the TORS box.

Put a meter on your stator and make sure it’s with spec. Then move on to another part like grounds, kill switch, coil

Anything new since rebuild ( elec wise)?

Well just bought a new key switch
