I need help with my banshee

When I have my banshee running it runs like a raped ape until about mid powerband then it just cuts out I have a 66.25 bore with a air box delete and tors cap delete it has a 25 pilot jet and a 240 main jet with the air fule mixture screw set at 1.75 turns out

do you have pipes? if so you need more main jet

Yes I have fmf fattys and what would you suggest I have a set of 300s would that be good

I’m not sure what your elevation is but 90% of the time when you add pipes you need to up the jetting. I would imagine 27.5 pilots and try a 280 main.

i think I remember FMFs liking a 30 pilot. Check the set up section and see who’s running a similar set up

Elevation is 1086. I have a set of 35 pilot jets as well as my 300 main jet

35 be too much. Gonna need a 27.5 , maybe 30 at most. Start at 280main, you can try tossing the 300s in and see if it makes an improvement.

It's not bugging and the last plug check I did it was running lean at 220 mains so I went to 240s

Wow, this thing is so close to a meet down. You NEED to get it re jetted asap. 27.5-30 pilot, needle middle clip, 280-290 mains.

I figured out the problem my carbs were so worn out the couldn't be synced on top of some jetting issues

Somebody had put my carbs before I got them in a acid bath for many days and they were so corroded and worn that the needle and seat wouldn't seat and would let fuel past it and just fucked everything up
