49"... I'm all for shedding 10lbs of unsprung weight but I'm not willing to change my front end and buy new wheels to do it. I'll definitely keep the billet axle in mind if I ever change my front end or build another one.

your sprocket hub isn't a solid round mount is it. So you can't feed sprocket off, is it?

Ok so thenew 40mm carrier seemed a bit big but i got it in by sanding off the paint on the id of the laegers swing arm

Is this normal i messured the carrier and it seemed like it was 1mm bigger is that even a thing, either way it in ther now and the axle fit and looks great

Just waiting on another sprocket because a dumb ebay vender sent me the 87-88 style unit even thow the add says on the title banshee 90-01, just to warn you 

I neend a bigger chain to as im going with slightly lower gearing for hill climbing

If this inside of your carrier housing is PCed, there's a good chance it would be a tight fit. Personally, I'd rather it fit tight than be too loose.
