Spark Plugs after 2 years, and Chinese Plug Wires?

Don't know how to read plugs, and was hoping ya'll experts can tell me something about how my engine is running based on the plugs I just pulled.
Had these plugs in for 2 seasons, but barely rode at all this last year. Always Amsoil Dominator in either 93 octane pump gas, or VP 110 Leaded in the summers.
New plugs arriving in the mail.

Also, does my Plug Harness look like a chinese knockoff?

Did some research and plugs look good. Old and slightly on the rich side, but pretty good for 2 years.

No, but my filter was kinda dirty.

your plugs are very dirty, if that dirty, just think of the cylinders.

Buy a new OEM coil. They aren’t that expensive.

Those definitely aren’t OEM plug caps.

They look like NGK caps, do they not say that on the top?

No "NGK" on them.

Okay so some scary shit came out of my plug caps when I went to install new plugs.

 

Plugs seem to fit snug now... guess this might explain the rough running?
