    My dude. I'm assembling my clutch today, with new pancake bearing, cushions, hd disks. Also got oem coil and plugs coming. Curious to see how it starts and idles after these fixes...

    Ok, that worked Just hope my plastics line-up... are those frame mount brackets self-aligning? Like some hidden tab I'm not seeing?

    Bottoms bolts are finger loose, 3-4 turns in only. Stock Rad fit perfect, looks straight.

    Tried every combination. Doesn't fit. I got the 1 in 100 duds. Almost an inch off center. My luck

    Steering hoop may be bent, but I don't see it using my eyeballs caliper... Stock rad is perfectly straight and fit correctly. Sending it back. Ordered replacement from another seller

    This is as close as I can get on the top mount near the handlebars.... wtf. Am I missing some adapter bracket or something? Bottom bolts are threaded-in but very loose, and all hoses connected. Do I just drill a hole to line it up, insert bolt, and say VAFFANCULO!

    I'm tired making new threads for every section of my bike I find that is broken/worn. My Axle bearings... This sounds good... feels good too...

    Where do I get floats, and gaskets? Anything else I need to replace the floats?

    new pusher and pancake bearing supposed to sit really loose inside adjuster plate? Stock one locked inside the bolt-shaped notch in the plate.

    Okay so some scary shit came out of my plug caps when I went to install new plugs. Plugs seem to fit snug now... guess this might explain the rough running?

    Carbs tuning is past the limit of my expertise. Broke a carb on an old suzuki quad once.... so I'm once bitten. Any localish shops or tuners near Northern NJ? edit.... or... let the research begin:

    Thanks all. My shee was tuned 3 years ago by Sleeper06. Wish I wrote down the jets he used... I have FMF fatty expansion chambers and pipes, and a slightly modified stock airbox with Pro Flow filter (snorkel chopped off). Stock otherwise.
