Forged crank or billet if your rich. Contact KAN powersports and get him to make you a crank or TDRs 10 mil. CP super serval cylinders, 39 PWK carbs, UPP intakes, Matoon or Chariot clutch basket, Slingshot of finger style lockup, Chariot head, pro mod tranny, Shearer, Sniper or CPI exhaust.
cam at redline builds good servals
Just looking back through what's everyones opinion on these.

Billet crank, billet cases, straight cut gears, billet clutch, lock up, billet clutch cover, billet transmission, don't use KAN as they suck, billet dm head, dm cylinders as super cub are just weak, 41pwk, vf2 reeds. this should make you fast enough.
Is there anything super cub that you would use

Just to restate that a bit an mx track banshee.

That's a terrible idea. It's too much power.

My budget is 5000 if I can stay around that I would like to

You will need triple that to achieve your goal unless you buy used junk.

Just a heads up that 521 will be unrideable and just plain not fun for the track. Dunno if this is serous build or not, but you should just rebuild that motor and spend the rest on your suspension and what not.

This is spot on.

It'll cost you $7k to build this new with exhaust.

This is also spot on. I have the invoices to prove it.

Ok I hear what everyone is saying ill upgrade my suspension as well but I'm doing the 521 anyway I want someone to give me recommendations on parts

There's countless threads on suspension. Use the search function.

This is a serious build I'm starting with the motor and going from there

That's how i did it.

There is no reason for any of us here to explain this when we have THIS. This thread right here has everything you will need to know about your  build.  God speed friend. Here is the link.

The bike isnt even finish. How about you listen to the guys who have spent a lot of time on a 110hp bike. So far, you are not taking their advice.

btw where is Codys 521 serval page? I cant find it.  That would be better.  I was jk on payment plans thread. Its mostly just people roasting him the whole time and by people I mean griff.

Also I wanted to get everyones opinion on dmc alien 916s. Really want to get them.

That's a terrible idea. You need to read. They require big bore pipes.

I'm gonna upgrade the suspension too, in time

 That's easily over 2k.

Why -2 I was gonna go with +4

Because the shorter the swing arm, the better the bike hooks and turns. I had a +6. I hated it so much, i didnt want to ride my bike. The tires spun until 5th gear. It turned like a boat. I went with a stock length and i'm much happier. And of course due to the traction and power, i cant use all of it's power.

I hope this helps.
