The group named above has a "legal notice" that results, pics, etc from their races cannot be posted without written permission from the owner or they will get their lawyer involved. In most cases they will allow you to link direct to their website but not actually post the results. No, I'm not kidding. Quote

There is no way a judge would even look at such a case. Actual proof of harm or lost revenue? At the very most you'd have to take the pics down...and I doubt that would even happen.
