It is just pressurizing a little bit. I let the motor cool down completely then the radiator still is pressurized when I remove the radiator cap. There should be no pressure in the cooling system once a motor completely cools down so I know the orings are leaking a little. The motor never overheated. It seems like I am not getting a perfect seal with the domes on the cylinder. It is a cub cylinder and a Noss head. I guess I need to check the cylinder for flatness. Any chance the domes could be damaged in some way? I was thinking of sanding them down a little so they put more pressure on the orings.

Bump. I am having this same problem but my impeller is fine. Anyone else have this issue of the cooling system getting pressurized? Thanks.

Are any of you guys running stock front brake lines with your +2 A-arms? I am looking for a clean way to route/mount the front brake lines. Are you leaving the brake lines attached to the frame or not? Any pics of your setup would be great.

LOL. That hose is my "pee hose". I run all my overflow hoses into it so it all runs out the back and keeps it off the motor. I am actually going to sell the pegs for $200 shipped. I will post them up soon but hit me up if you want them.

I have an old Racers Edge Billet Banshee head with domes. One of the domes is damaged. These domes were cut for a 7 mil cub so they are 68mm. You will have to get them recut. The plunge cut isn't too deep so there is still room to cut these. As far as I know, you can't get replacement domes for these. I called John at Racers Edge and he lost contact with the guy that has the program to make these dome shells. These are different from Cool Head domes. This is a great design and used uses less orings than the cool head. This is a great deal if you can recut these domes to fit your setup. Only $70 shipped PM me if you want them.
