Bill did the matching of the gaskett/cyl. It match great too.

I will do the finishing touch monday. I did it with a dremel. I first make a chamfer, close to my line, then did the vertical part to match the chamfer.

 

I will remove a little more material at a couple of place and smoth the transition between the old and the 'new' porting.

What does this accomplish...yes this a real question I've heard of it but what's the exact reason..same as porting cylinders?
