Only 100psi in each cylinder. Needs top end. Would that cause it from not starting

Yes. I told you that the other day in your other thread. Then hopped up gave you a break down of why low comp will cause a hard/no start.

Adding fluid raises comp. so it'll give it that initial pop.

What make gauge did you get? A lot of the times cheap compression testers are notorious for giving false readings even when there band new. Ive seen them be as much as 40psi off. Also, was the "tip" of the tester as long as a actual spark plug? If not, that will also give an inaccurate reading.

Even if your gauge is correct, the quad still should run on 100psi. Might be hard to start do to lack of compression, but once it runs, it should stay running. But that is too low of compression if gauge is accurate.

The tip of the compression tester isn't as long as the spark plug. I was told that leaving in one spark plug and holding the throttle wide open is how you should test it. The brand of the compression tester is powerfist.

pull both plugs, throttle wide open, kick until needle stops moving, do other side.

I still think your pilots are plugged

It's weak but should start

Are your carb bowls on the correct carbs? Does choking help to start at all?

Might be time to find someone on here who is local to come and show you the simple how to's. There are a lot of fellas that are new to this and as simple as a procedure may seem, if you miss the little details you are just chasing your tail. When guys reccomend a quick check/test/procedure make sure to do a little research just to make sure you are doing it right.
