Definitely doable. Hot rods sells rod and bearing kits. Not sure if they'll work on a wang crank, but I bet if you had some measurements from a caliper when you talk with a rep, they might be able to tell ya.

no reason they wouldnt work..  i believe a certain pipe builder does exactilly that.   the wang cranks are to factory specs as far as bearings, rod bearings sizes are concerned..

It's a 10mill 115 rod The thing actually made it through one season on a moderate tune but I plan on beating on it some this coming year

Some one told me last year that if I swapped out rods and bearings that there same as a wiesco crank basically

Who does these though I asked talked to currie and shearer and they don't rebuild cranks

piece by piece ? fuk theres only 4 bearings and 2 rods. put any bearings you want on there, skf, koyo, ntn. whatever. i prefer prox rods generally but if you want 120mm youll probly have to use hotrods

I need somebody to press and balance and weld back together

CW will do it but be prepared to wait forever. Their repeat business is a priority.

May be the only option for me

Im in this crank when it was new for less then $100 I figured couple hundred more it would be a decent crank

Well time ain't the big issue I got till May but like Tyler said I need to do some math on this I'm pretty sure I could buy a wiesco crank for $7-800 can't i?

I don't care to spend $3-400 on this crank to make it decent I'll still be close to $500 in it

I was told 2-3 weeks and got the run around and waited 8 weeks for a rebuild on a 10mm crank. I ended up just buying a new one from a dealer that had one in stock. When CW called and I told them to keep it, they were not happy.
