I've heard that getting a Advanced Timing Plate and setting it +4 Degrees will improve your low and mid RPM acceleration and I wanted to see if it is a good idea for my set up and see if there is anything else needed to be done after installing it. I have Wiseco forged 64.75mm pistons, Wiseco forged rods, crank, entire bottom end, and I run 93 octane gas with Golden Spectro 32:1 Also does this effect jetting at all?

Can't go wrong with +4, I'm running +6 on mine, but on race fuel. Not sure on the jetting, but I heard to check your plugs to make sure it's not lean or anything.

At this point I would pass on the cheap cast plates in favor of a billet plate. I have a Pro Design in mine but it was before you really had choices on which billet plate you wanted to run.
