ive been thinking if i bought the 2 into 1 carb instead of buying a bigger expensive carb for a banshee if a yfz 450 39mm carb would work instead? what to you think

Wayne and Stephan tried to make this work for the TSS 500 ordeal. It was a cool idea, but not a reliable one. But sure give it a go. Problem is, FCR's are not cheaper then a 35/39 PWK or 38PJ that's for sure. As for even attempting to jet it, you would be on your own. There are none around and there is zero info on making it work so if you aren't already blessed in the mechanical department, you would probably be screwed. Good luck.

Would it be better if I bought a yz 250 carb and I didnt even consider another brands carb and what would be wrong with a yfz carb?

You are over thinking and it's not gonna save you a buck if that is your intention. Yfz carb is a terrible choice and it won't work. Stay away from 4 stroke carb set ups. As for used dirt bike carbs, any keihin or mikuni two stroke carb properly sized is fine. The keihin stuff is the least work and quite simple to learn. PWK is best, the Pj is nice as well but a little more fussy with humidity.
