Ups repackaged delivered motor w cracked case. The insurance is a gimmick they never paid out waited 3 months did everything they said to do. They never paid up said insignificant packing ... It wAs all foam inside n motor in a bag and expandable foam the other arrears where foam was. Anyhow INSURANCE is a gimmick with shipping company. Save your self 35$ Quote

If you google search for ups insufficient packaging, you get over 9 million hits. They always claim this in the event of damage. I read one where there was a forklift tire track across the box and they claimed "insufficient packaging". Quote
