No I got this banshee an the trex cylinder on trade for a warrior supposesanly only had a carb issue well I fount out it wasn't sucking the fuel proper an then I did a compression test an fount out the left cylinder only had 80psi an the right had 120psi so I tore into it an fount the piston blowed on the left side. That's the only reason I joined this site for parts an help with it. My other bike that I use for Mx is a ltz 400 with a good bit of work done to it. Edited October 2, 2013 by Trenton Tigney Quote
Deadbeat Posted October 2, 2013 Report Posted October 2, 2013 stop being a fuckhead and send the athena to redline, your gunna end up with junkass ported stockers and still nowhere closer to getting a running bike....ebay the Trex and sink the money into the athena....get pistons from redline and send them head your gunna use too. specify the gas your going to use (octane rating), your elevation (sea level), carb type and size...and get jetting recomendations, coz you`ll "blow" pistons all fuckin` day if you dont get close to having a clue (write it all down) you`ll end up with less than what you got now and money down the drain these badass stock cylinder set ups that caught your eye are alky bikes, NOT suitable for trails, the athenas will be fine once redline has sorted them out you race a ltz400 for MX...do you beat ANYONE on that thing? < ignore that question and focus on that^ Quote

I just hear so much on what to do people was saying just get the head cut an you'd be fine so it's hard to decide witch way to turn on this. Quote
