I just installed all new clutch kit springs, fibers, steels. I have the arrows on the actuator lined up and adjustment on the perch good. I have tried 10w 40 for wet clutch and 80w-90 gear oil and it still slipps through all gears. It will move when i rev it but deffinetly slipping. Seems to get better after riding for a while sometimes. Anyone have an idea wat it could be? Bike only has reeds and pipes. Will move a little when you rev it with clutch pulled in.

I pulled cover and they were lined up. Any other ideas? I saw a instalation video and the guy had a oring i think after his first fiber plate. I have never seen one in my clutch assembly

no o rings stock clutch had rings that are sound cushions but again not needed. when your aligning the arrow with the clutch arm did ya take all tension off the clutch lever?

I've never in my life lined up any arrow on the pressure plate to anything else.

I'd love to know what that would do anyway.

How do you know for sure that it's slipping? You say that after a while it goes away? It would be normal for the clutch to slip after extended periods of riding, not the other way around.

You installed a new clutch, but what about your basket, inner hub and pressure plate? Are they worn? If so, a new clutch won't fix the real issue.

if everything is good. I guess check the engagment of the pressure plate. adjust the pancake bearing where it free spins when the clutch lever is out.

You just waisted your money.  Your tires are slipping on the wheels.  Go put marks on your wheels/tires and go ride.

How do i check other parts for wear? And when i pull clutch lever in it looks like only the two most outer friction plates move. And when i was lining up the arrows on clutch arm i did not take all the tesion off.

And i noticed the clutch nut does not have the lockwasher on it. But i dont think that would be causing it because nut is tight. It might be something else worn like the pressure plate. But not sure how to identify if that is the problem. Im kind of new to banshees

Does anyone have any idea? What is usually common to get worn out? The only thing i see that is worn is the outer of the clutch basket. It looks like something has been scratching it all the way around
