hoppedupandcutdown Posted August 6, 2013 Report Posted August 6, 2013 push inboard with your finger while adjusting the screw. I've read on here that some people will adjust it a little out board of the case arrow (I think that 's the direction I read I'll try to find that info if no-one chimes in) Quote
hoppedupandcutdown Posted August 6, 2013 Report Posted August 6, 2013 Yes, I've read to the left of the case arrow, no more than 1/8" max. Did you completely tighten all 6 pressure plate bolts? Quote
blowit Posted August 6, 2013 Report Posted August 6, 2013 In all seriousness, if you do reassemble and still find slipping, please do check the rear tires for slippage on the wheels. I have seen it in the shop and it will feel just like clutch slip. Brandon Mull Engineering Quote

Starwriter Posted August 6, 2013 Report Posted August 6, 2013 Actually 7.4 ft lbs, but close enough. If you multiply 7.4 X 12, you get 89 in lbs. For the case bolts and nuts, head nuts, and pressure plate bolts, I convert everything to inch pounds. Just don't forget and grab the wrong torque wrench. 1 Quote
