Thats not a slingshot. What brand is that? Gigot Performance sells the slingshot and it works fine with a pancake. Is that a vitos or somethin?

That is what my slingshot looks like. I use a old wrench bent and ground down and if works great. I will see if I can dig it up post up a pic.

Some of the pancake bearing set ups aren't as adjustable. Mine, I have to pull the outer plate off and adjust the pancake put it back in. Slap the cover on. It's a fast process now but the first couple times were guess and check.

thats what i did (w/ the eng out) was hoping not to have to do it that way later

I don't think that wrench would do it for mine

my slingshot says "slingshot  gigot engineering...

it also has 2 screws that hold the plate on when you take it off.

there are extended bearing pushers around for lockups, and the such.  i just happen to know a dude that has a bunch ( some are even 4140 steel!)

Looks like Vito's. You can sometimes get a deep well socket and hole it with channel locks and run an Allen through it to hold the the screw.

What pointers do u have to line up when putting clutch together? My basket and such are stock besides the friction plates and the steals.. I cant seem to get my clutch right so im wondering if im doing something wrong

On the opposite side of the case by the drive sprocket. If you have a good whacked case, you may not have an arrow
