SlowerThanYou Posted May 30, 2013 Author Report Posted May 30, 2013 That red impala that went past is the car "THE358SHEE" Evan and Mikes car from the raceshop I remember that car, very nice. I think 358SHEE posted some information in the Lock-up tuning thread. Good to here member's have similar interests. bad ass cars my friend!!! Thanks, I consider myself lucky to have had all these opportunities. like the cutlass.....with t -tops no less... what was the best et? That car is pretty cool, but outdated for Super Stock racing. It was pretty high tech in its day. It actually has working power windows, factory aluminum front fenders & hood. The car has ran low 10s, but the motor combo now runs low 11s. Quote
SlowerThanYou Posted November 29, 2014 Author Report Posted November 29, 2014 Here's an updated pic taken of our Hoopty/Demo Camaro at our last race of the year. I still have 2 more days to go. The car ran it's best by over .2s at our higher elevation track at a 10.08 @ 132 mph. When we bring it back to MI. it runs .3s faster than our track in the better air. This is done with no power adders, pump gas small block Chevy, weighing 3,000 lbs. plus, on a 9" slick. Quote

Jason702v Posted November 29, 2014 Report Posted November 29, 2014 I run super comp which is a heads up 8.90 class but when I run it off the stop it'll run mid 7's at 175ish. I'm gettin a new engine this winter that has a little more power and should run in the low 7's and 185ish. Quote
SlowerThanYou Posted January 3 Author Report Posted January 3 I was going to update this thread with a picture & I don't do the Tap Talk BS. The Camaro was totally redone about 3 years ago. The motor SBC was reconfigured for a ProCharger & Holley Terminator X Stealth EFI. The car is pretty fast with a mild tune & only 15 lbs. of boost. When we 1st brought it out, I tried flipping it over on its back a couple times. We did some things pretty quickly to calm it down on the wheelies! 2BKING 🙃 Quote
SlowerThanYou Posted January 6 Author Report Posted January 6 Thanks Bill for posting the picture of our Camaro! Quote
