My friend who is a good fifty pounds lighter got a dirt bike. And yes it is fast no doubt. I can't touch him on take off but after bout 4th gear I catch him and pass him cause he outta gears. He is geared down 2 in the back and 1 on front sprocket. I'm afraid when he puts stock gearing on that's gona b my ass!

I just put my wallet up from rebuilding. Lol but yea I figured to smoke him both ways it would hafta b more that a stock motor with bolt ons. Wish I woulda had some kind of porting done while I had my cylinders sent off being bored.

I dunno bout that. You put enough cash in it it'll eat bikes for lunch. I used to run with if not past most with my ported stock cylinder 4 mill.

in all honesty, the new 450 bike run damn good. it takes quite a bit of motor work to run with those bikes! by neighbor is an "a" rider... i raced his rmz and yzf 450's with every one of my motors. stock stroke stock cyl. ported motor = fail, 4mil stock cyl. dune ported = fail, my 421 and 465 cubs got the trick done tho. if riders are equal in weight and skill the banshee is gonna have to have 75+ hp to get the job done

X2 I have raced my buddy's CRF a million times. pretty evenly matched. During the bhq Little Sahara ride last year I bet we raced 20 times. I took 10 and he took 10. If you want to beat your buddy pull out the wallet, build it, then drive the absolute shit out of it. Hang it wide open spinning 10-12k revs and see what happens.
