Yeah, that whole registration thing seems to be a pain in the ass.  Out of the 6 bikes I own I only have titles for 2 of them.

All you should need is a vin. But owell small price to pay to have nice places to ride.

That's all fine and good, but I bought my duner already PCed and I can't read the VIN.  I know a lot of guys that have custom frames with no VIN also.  Kinda makes it a pain in the ass.  I not keen on scraping my paint to obtain a VIN.  And what do you to show PROOF of ownership?

Mine has a cali registration sticker, but my vin u can not see it is covered by my PC. Plus I have no engine Vin new cases.

In california if you buy a custom frame, or build one, CHP will issue you a vin. It took me about 20 minutes to get a vin for my sand car when it was done.
