Possum I've never been to dumont but I've heard sand mountain is a lil steeper and a lil longer. I don't think you'll pull that gearing real hard with that much paddle. Might want to stay with the same gearing, possibly a set of 10 or 11 paddle or higher your tire pressure.

deff steeper and longer

Boston, 10cub on 110 gas, shearer sbif, 165 psi, +12 arm, 74 RO 12 paddle haulers, I am 205 lbs. 15-43 pulled about right to the top at dumont. I would say 76-78mph there.

I take it you got the bike running good?

3 weeks left and just a note to anyone coming if your coming from somewhere that doesn't have registration you gotta get a temp from Utah its like 30 bucks there's a link in the first few pages for one. Also if ya drink beer buy it before the Utah border unless you like it watered down!

ya dont have to register them up there? some times they check sometimes they dont. dont know if the frame ya have has a vin if it does thats all ya need to get a temp if ya do it online i believe
