midlifecrisis Posted March 9, 2011 Report Posted March 9, 2011 Jared, Great job on the build thread. Much easier when its laid out like that instead of having to flip back and forth thru the Clymers manual, now all I need it for is the torque specs. Quote
bansheeboy91 Posted March 10, 2011 Report Posted March 10, 2011 This is what i have been looking for man...my cranks seized up when my top end took a crap...DFR wanted to charge me 300 just to split the case and see what all needs to be fixed (if any)...gunna save myself some money...thanks a ton Quote
Smokestack Posted March 16, 2011 Report Posted March 16, 2011 Holy crap, i didn't expect it to get pinned that fast. Jesus. Thanks guys! Once the base gaskets and new domes show up from cascade I'll do another one for the top end. - Jared So when is this going to happen Quote
BigRed350x Posted March 16, 2011 Author Report Posted March 16, 2011 So when is this going to happen Actually the top end is already put together and the engine is back in the frame. I didn't do a walk-through on the top end. Its pretty time-consuming to stop and take pics of every step and to type it all up. Maybe I'll do one on the next top end I do. (I'll be putting together a 4mil small-block twister later this summer). Quote
