maxima mixing oils

Hey guys I use to run maxima Super M at 40:1 but i just got some castor 927. so my question is what should i run it at, is 40:1 ok too? also is that castor stuff any good? whick ones better?

Castor 927 is the only oil I run. Great stuff. Its a little messy on the exhaust side of things, but it lubricates very well and will mix with gas, race gas, alky / methanol. It WILL separate out in cold weather though, so watch out for that...

i personally like to run 32:1 maxima makes some really good oil. i run it in my gas bikes... for alky i like klotz super techniplate cause it stays mixed with alky in the cold weather

Any synthetic or semisynthetic will seperate in the cold weather, both are great oils though.

I run Klotz. But maxima is good stuff, and the castor smells good

ok looks like I'll be mixing at 40:1 then, and I don't really have to worry about cold weather here in Texas. Were in the 70s down here right now. The guy at the dealer said the same thing! He said it smelled like beans hahahah

castor 927 is good stuff, it does seperate in the cold, but nothing a good shake of the tank cant fix,, which you should do everytime anyways. I personally run 32:1
