  5. lol....... na nah.... CAMATV The difference is we assemble all our cranks here in house assembled in the "USA". They are not ship from over seas like everyone elses. We seen how many crank failures happen out there off the China and Taiwan ones and just laughed.... We'd hate to put our name on something like that and end up paying for problem that should off been prevented if we did our own build instead. We been building cranks for +12 years already. We use better quality Bearings and better lower rod cage bearings. We've Been building +4mm to hold 120-130HP on NOS and no problems yet do to crank failure. A lot better quality built VS the Run of the Mill e-bay stuff you see. + we guarantee our cranks to be on point when you get them. The pic you see is right before the last phase of assembly. We can assemble these cranks with what ever rods or specs you like them to be. You name we do it here in house We have a base crank price and go from there. Our Top $$$ +4mm runs $599.99. If you like to just purchase the wheels we can do that too and you can build your own. If interested feel free to drop us a message and we'd be happy to help you out with one too.
  6. Lack of oil but also possible the rod bearing getting ready to go. So you probably got the issue right before actual damage got bad. It's time to rebuild or new crank at this stage. No saving it unless you wanted to just risk it.
  7. Kit w/ Idle screws includes the taps and drills, New cable thumb with crab tops $74.99 if interested drop me a message @ [email protected]

  12. Yes the stuff works killer in all applications. here are the specs Technical Data Grade SAE MTL-R Color D 1500 Honey Gravity °A.P.I. 29.6 Viscosity SUS @ 100°F 328 Viscosity SUS @ 210°F 55.1 Viscosity cSt @ 40°C 63.45 Viscosity cSt @ 100°C 8.57 Pour Point, °F -12F Flash Point, °F 465 Fire Point, °F 500 Viscosity Index 125* SAE Viscosity 80wt I never ran in -20c lol.... I'd think i stay home instead. thou it will require you warm up that bike no matter what oil with that cold of weather lol... Wow you scored at that price in Canadian.
  13. We offer killer clutches for all applications. Check us out and see what you think. Thanks for taking the time to look. if you have any other questions as well I'd be more than happy to answer them for you. http://www.wickedatv.com/duportal30/home/detail.asp?iData=207&iCat=274&iChannel=8&nChannel=Products Roger
  14. 155-160 is safe. Depends on fuel your getting in what parts of the states from 91-93 i seen. but you can get away with 165 at times with no timing advance still with 165 i'd say safe would 160 with +4 deg you'll be fine
  15. Reason is it's a easy application to upgrade to when you burn up a stock crank. As well a nice Power added with minor mods. other stroke motors such as +7 and larger require case trenching.
  16. Couple things you'd have to at least look at would be If 110 rod you'd have to Clear the rod on the top case half. Don't take much can even use a file to do such thing. The lower portion of the rod intends to tap the cases if not done. on a 115 rod kit cause the angle it would clear with. 2nd depending if you do a spacer kit or not you'd have to machine the head to recess for clearance. The spacer plate is included if you decide to use it or not. Here is a kit we offer if interested. Here Is a link to the kit as well. http://www.wickedatv.com/duportal30/home/detail.asp?iData=10589&iCat=288&iChannel=8&nChannel=Products
  17. Cool Deal. The cub works great with CPI's for Drag racing. If your trying to keep it around tight trails the T-5's should work nicely too. You can sacrifice a tad low in and use the CPI's unless you a large rider like 200+ib's The trans oil we use in all ours and customers bikes is this your going to have fun racing either way ....
  18. If no luck with use. We got them new $349.99
  19. Being your Keeping the air box. T-5's would be my 1st suggestion. Will work with about any mod you do with stock cylinders and give you peek performance for all around use especially for Dune riding. You really can't beat them.... As well they been around for +15years by now and have been proven by not just builder but mostly by people who actually ride. If interested we also sell them $499.99 with chrome to BHQ members only. Our regular retail price is 550.00. which is still below Actual MSRP
  20. Oh... well in that case i got some use ones too lol... Not the prettiest but are used. 150.00
