A Magnum billet basket runs around 150 bucks. I've seen PE (Performance Engineering) billet baskets go for 139.

 

I bought a Magnum last year, and inside the package it said manufactured by Performance Engineering.

I have been running a PE for 5 yrs through a 4 mill stock cyl drag port, and now the second yr on a 10 cub on alky. No grooving, no problems.

I have a PE on mine. The aluminum plate that goes on the back blew up on mine. I replaced it with one off a stock basket.

I've used Jeff's baskets on 3 asphalt motors.

None ever showed any wear and never had a failure.
